Our School Nurse, Mrs. Bonnie Nezvesky, RN, is on site every day and cares for all students from Pre-School to grade 8. The School Nurse should be notified if your child has allergies, requires medication to be administered during the school day, or has an illness that will cause your child to miss school. Immunization requirements for the current school year can be found here. Health assessments are due annually for Pre-K, entering kindergarten students, 6th grade students and all students participating in sports. Health forms are located on the Forms page. St. Rose of Lima School is a nut-free school. Please see the Connecticut state guidelines here. Please contact our School Nurse with any questions or concerns.
